Snow in Gironde

The year 2009 ended with an unsusual snow fall in the DC area, and 2010 is now starting with an equally unusual, albeit modest, snow fall in the south of France. As I was documenting the event on Tuesday, the neigbours' dog appeared in my picture almost out of nowhere.


I hope the weather behaves this week-end, as I'd rather have an uneventful trip back to DC on Monday.
