Ingredients: Ingredients:
- 1 cup couscous
- 8 tsp olive oil
- Black olives
- 3 lemons
- 2/3 tomatoes
- 2/3 onions
- Fresh mint and Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g. de semoule
- 8 cuilleres a soupe d'huile d'olive
- Olives noires
- 3 citrons
- 2/3 tomates
- 2/3 onions
- Menthe et persil frais
- Poivre, sel
Directions: Preparation:
Squeeze lemons
Chop tomatoes, onions and herbs
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Generously season with salt and pepper
Refridgerate for min. 3/4 hours prior to eating
Presser les citrons
Hacher menu tomates, onions et herbes
Melanger tous les ingredients dans un saladier
Saler abondemment, poivrer
Laisser au frigo 3-4 heures avant de deguster
